Please review the System Requirements and Installation Guide in the Knowledge Base prior to installing. To install the HealthLink Messaging Client you will require an EDI account and password, and certificate OTP. If you do not have these please contact the Customer Service team to obtain them on 1800 125 036. After clicking on 'Download This Software' we suggest saving the installation file to your Desktop. Once downloaded, double-click on the file downloaded to start the installation process.
